Nate Dillard is a 26 year old Air Force Reservist based out of Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton Ohio. Since 2011 he served 8 years active duty service as a Knowledge Operator at the National Air and Space Intelligence Center. He currently works as a government IT consultant for the Department Of Defense while he builds his business development platform on the side. Nate is the founder and CEO of National Black Business Directory (NBBD) which is a business solutions platform and ecosystem centralized around a core demographic of diverse businesses. NBBD's mission is to develop and deliver tailored solutions to empower entrepreneurs of color. He's also the CEO and founder of BLK GLD Media which is a desktop and mobile media platform that tells the courageous stories of entrepreneurs, career professionals, and philanthropists of color. He's the Chief of Operations of the diversity and inclusion focused Dayton media company Elevate Dayton. Lastly Nate is the founder of Uplift Collaborative which hosts the youth mentoring initiative Justice Mentoring Program which has successfully worked to mentor and teach STEM and change the lives of over 2,000 Dayton inner city youth.
