Startup Grind is the world’s largest independent community for startups, founders, innovators and creators — active in over 600 cities and 125 countries. We believe in making the startup journey less lonely and more meaningful, by creating safe, inspiring spaces where honest conversations can happen.

In Madrid, our chapter has been active since 2014 and is home to a growing community of over 4k members — entrepreneurs, builders, makers, dreamers, investors, operators, students, and mentors — all coming together around a shared mission: to help others, before thinking of ourselves.

What We Do

We host monthly fireside chats, startup mixers, meetups, workshops, pitch sessions and one-off special events featuring local and international voices from the world of entrepreneurship. From successful founders and creative technologists to humble builders and impact-driven rebels, our guests share real stories — not just the highlight reel. We go beyond the buzzwords to explore what it really takes to build something meaningful.

Most events are conducted in English, unless otherwise specified.
