·5 days agoI’ve come to believe that finding the right co-founder is less about filling a position and more about discovering whether two people genuinely believe in the same opportunity and can build trust through working together.
I’m currently exploring the next chapter of Airbender in the U.S., and rather than starting with title or equity, I’m interested in meeting experienced entrepreneurs and business leaders, exploring real opportunities together, and seeing whether the relationship naturally develops into something deeper.
For me, the right co-founder brings complementary strengths, genuinely believes in what we are building, contributes meaningfully, and is prepared to build for the long term.
