Hopefully more asynchronous collaboration and less meetings. This will also unlock more value for teams across time zones.

I’m also curious if ZR and XR headset will go mainstream and we’ll see the death of the dual monitor in the home office.

The founder of Automattic, Matt Mullenweg, put together a pretty good podcast series on distributed work around the pandemic time. I would love to hear an update from him at a fireside chat. https://distributed.blog/podcast/

Remote work is definitely taking off but not everyone knows how to find remote working jobs. Mostly tech jobs are remote working jobs atm but most people aren’t fully aware of how much better their work life balance could be if they bought into the idea in more ways.

We’re only scratching the surface of its potential. The future of remote work is hybrid, tech-driven, and globally inclusive, but I’m more focused on holistic wellbeing. Leaders or entrepreneurs must prioritize remote-first infrastructure to ensure we don't lose the personal connections and collaboration that are essential for strong teams.
