An early-stage startup, currently in development with a mobile app (iOS/Android) set to launch in the first week of September, I'm seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to take on the technical leadership role as the product moves toward launch and scaling.What’s Needed:Technical Expertise: Strong experience in mobile app development (iOS & Android) and back-end systems. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, scalability, and performance optimization.Startup Experience: Prior experience in early-stage startups. Comfortable with the fast-paced environment and unique challenges of building and launching a product.Leadership: Ability to guide the technical direction, manage outsourced development resources, and make key decisions about tech stack and product architecture.Problem-Solving: A proactive problem-solver who can tackle complex technical challenges, ensure high-quality product delivery, and iterate quickly based on user feedback.Cultural Fit: A self-starter with a passion for technology and solving problems.
