I found it amusing to hear that the first and most crucial element for decision-making is having all the information - because without complete information, it's essentially like gambling in a casino... and that's definitely not what we want. Beyond that, many realizations clicked into place. The understanding that when I pressure myself to make a decision, I create mental tension. Perhaps the biggest challenge that Eyal presented in his lecture was the concept of 'sacred time' - time where we do nothing! This is the time to observe your thoughts from the side, begin to clear your mind, and make space for what needs to come, whether it's decisions or ideas...
