Insights and Practice: Reflections from Eyal's Talk

One of the most surprising insights from the lecture was understanding that decisions aren't just 'made' - they emerge. I found it amusing to hear that the first and most crucial element for decision-making is having all the information - because without complete information, it's essentially like gambling in a casino... and that's definitely not what we want. Beyond that, many realizations clicked into place. The understanding that when I pressure myself to make a decision, I create mental tension. Perhaps the biggest challenge that Eyal presented in his lecture was the concept of 'sacred time' - time where we do nothing! This is the time to observe your thoughts from the side, begin to clear your mind, and make space for what needs to come, whether it's decisions or ideas... I wonder if I'll manage to implement this practice. What were your key takeaways from the lecture? Have you experienced similar challenges in decision-making? Let's discuss
