Johnny Monsarrat's first company sold for $160,000,000. He was founder and CEO of Turbine, Inc., which pioneered online video games like Lord of the Rings Online and was acquired by Warner Brothers. Now his new company, Hard Data Factory, is based in the Boston Globe headquarters, building the world’s largest arts calendar.  He has a BA and MBA from MIT, attended Brown and Harvard, is an award-winning public speaker, and set 5 world records through a community art project. My areas of interest are Entrepreneurship, Venture Capital, Impact Investing, Government, and Social Innovation. I am interested in the role of government to spur growth and innovation in the private sector. I worked and mentored entrepreneurs through various organizations such as YouNoodle, StartX, Project ReMADE, and Young Women Social Entrepreneurs. I taught entrepreneurship, leadership development, and conflict resolution courses at Generation Rwanda, Columbia University, and the Jackie Robinson Foundation.
