It is an universal fact that execution requires not only the ability to build, but also the capacity to sequence critical decisions appropriately — from establishing early market traction to assembling a team capable of supporting long-term growth.
The forthcoming session will educate aspiring entrepreneurs to examine the transition from initial startup concept to operational business. The session will address practical considerations that founders often overlook in the early stages of ideation, including the importance of validating a problem prior to committing to a solution, testing assumptions through low-cost methods, and developing a minimum viable product suitable for real-world user feedback.
Apart from the session, Madurai chapter is signing an MoU with objective of promoting entrepreneurship in this region.
