Strong leadership begins with regulation, clarity, and intention.
As we enter 2026, leaders across Tulsa’s business and entrepreneurial ecosystem are navigating increasing complexity - faster decision-making, higher emotional load, team dynamics, and constant change. This Startup Grind Tulsa kickoff event is designed to help leaders pause, reset, and prepare for the year ahead with practical tools that support personal well-being, embodied presence, and organizational health.
This session brings together three Tulsa-based practitioners whose work sits at the intersection of leadership development, nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, and executive coaching:
Shenna Jean (Make One Day Happen) — leadership coaching, nervous system regulation for decision-making and performance, and tools leaders can use to support healthier teams
Hannah Demuth (High Vibrations) — somatic grounding and embodied practices that help leaders stay present, resilient, and connected under pressure
Tara Payne (Mavens Meet) — executive coaching, organizational leadership, and team culture development
Each speaker will offer a short, focused presentation sharing practical tools, key insights, and common myths worth rethinking when it comes to leading effectively and sustainably. Following the presentations, the conversation will shift to a moderated panel-style Q&A, led by Startup Grind Tulsa Director Kate Sullivan, with questions from both the moderator and the audience.
The evening will begin and conclude with Startup Grind’s signature meet-and-mingle networking, creating space for connection, reflection, and community.
