Nizar is the Co-Founder of STEP Group, the company behind MENA’s largest and most exciting tech event, STEP Conference. He has been a main part in growing it to its current size, launching content platforms StepFeed and YallaFeed, and has recently focused his interests on growing STEP’s startup and events programming services. He has worked with hundreds of entrepreneurs, mentored dozens of startups and delivered multiple workshops on leadership and entrepreneurship.

Nizar studied Engineering at the American University of Beirut and holds an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid. He has lived in 6 different countries, speaks 5 different languages and is intrigued by all ideas that drive the modern world: political, social, economical and cultural. He spends a lot of time traveling, following sports, watching movies, and reading about almost anything he bumps into.
