Tarek Fahim is an entrepreneur and a software engineer by education. He is the managing partner of Endure Capital, a cross-border Venture Capital fund and an early investor in Careem, Wuzzuf, Aspect Biosystems, Boom Supersonic, and Scotty among many other leading startups in the US, Canada, UK, and MEA.
Tarek serves as a board member of Endeavor Egypt, the organization that credits itself as pioneering the concept of high-impact entrepreneurship in growth markets around the world. He is also a fellow of IVLP the US Department of State’s premier professional program for current and emerging international leaders.
Philip Bahoshy is the founder and CEO of MAGNiTT, MAGNiTT is the largest investment data platform for the MENA startup ecosystem, investors, entrepreneurs, and corporates.
Raised in the UK with Iraqi origins, Philip obtained an MBA from INSEAD in 2013 and a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics.
During his time in Dubai, Philip worked at Oliver Wyman in the Financial Services practice for three years, followed by nearly three years at Barclays Wealth Management working as Chief of Staff to the CEO advising on strategic initiatives.
