Nadja is a female founder and in the business of positive behavior change. 

What makes us tick? What motivates us? What makes us thrive? When we transform our counterproductive habits e.g. perfectionism or procrastination, we start to thrive.

iThrive is a personal coach on your smartphone that helps to transform counterproductive habit. iThrive is for organizations that recognize the impact of stress and have committed to the wellbeing of their employees. They are partnering with healthcare institutions and HR departments to tackle stress and burn-out and help employees to become more productive and thrive!

In our fireside chat with Nadja, we'll hear all about it, and also learn how it began - with Nadja's founding story, what she's learnt on the journey, right up to now, and what's coming next.

As well as the great speaker, interesting and inspiring content, we'll also have drinks & snacks too.
