Filmon Abrha is a technologist, designer, entrepreneur, author and YouTuber from Columbus, Ohio Metropolitan Area. You can find Mr. Filmon coding every day, designing every day and launches a couple startups a year to validate ideas and to put his craft to the test on a global level.
Mr. Filmon is a Culture Carrier, a strong advocate of Diversity & Inclusion, Women in Technology as well as Work Life Balance/Integration. He is committed to young people in Columbus and hope to continue promoting holistic and diverse people in the City! Mr. Filmon looks forward to collaborating with more friends and continues being the coolest person his kids know.
Mr. Filmon currently works as a Vice President of User Experience in JPMorgan Chase & Co, Columbus, Ohio, United States. Since 2009, Mr. Filmon have worked as a Multimedia Developer, Creative Designer and UI/UX Engineer, in branding & communications in different companies and his own startups like Exit 31 Creative, Columbus State Community College, and JPMorgan Chase & Co. He is the founder and Creative Director of Mena Creative since 2016, where is working in creating amazing products for Eritrean Families. In 2019 Mr. Filmon founded Columbus GEMZ, where he gives insight to young adults in greater Columbus about careers in Design and Technology.
Mr. Filmon has also launched his own YouTube channel, Mena Creative, where he teach about User Experience and Technology in Tigrinya Language.
