Erica is the Founder & CEO of Women Plot, women authors’ empowerment community and works as Senior Account Executive at Hivebrite. She helps organizations engage with their communities. She is also an experienced Account Executive, Public Speaker, Writer and Storyteller.

People would describe Erica as passionate, committed and dedicated. She continuously strives for higher goals and this helps her to push herself harder and harder in order to prove that nothing is impossible.

Erica is an Account Executive who's developed experience in the International market (mostly EMEA & LATAM, but also APAC & NAMER) over a 5-year career in education and technology - including EF Education First, LinkedIn and Salesforce. Erica speaks four languages fluently (English, French, Spanish and Italian) and she is passionate about building bridges and connecting people.

Erica has authored a number of books including her recent book, “25%” which courageously discusses about the issues women face related to eating disorders, PCOS, depression and miscarriage.

Women Plot is an international organization aiming to reduce gender inequalities in the publishing/media industry by sharing real women stories. And her book, 25% courageously opens by questioning some parts of today's feminism and going through the personal experience of the author, including eating disorders, PCOS, depression and miscarriage.
