About this event

In collaboration with the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Mainefhi College of Engineering and Technology, in this event, we will present a unique of its kind seminar series along with fireside chat under the theme, Entrepreneurship Education for Engineers and Scientists to students and instructors of the College of Engineering and College of Science, Mainefhi and invited audiences. We expect the alumni members of both colleges will join the event and contribute constructive ideas related to the event’s theme.

As the Internet technology flattened the world of information and communication, entrepreneurship is the current and future wave, which can help to level the business and economic growth playing field between developed and developing countries. In this seminar series, we will highlight the fundamental to advanced principles of Entrepreneurship and its role in promoting the desire to acquire new perspectives of learning and new skills so as to solve societal problems by identifying opportunities and necessities in our society. Also in this event, we will discuss about the need to include Entrepreneurship Education and Training (EET) to Higher Education Institutions of our country, Eritrea, to empower youth entrepreneurs and graduates.
