As a women starting your own business and being successful is not a new thing. However, it requires hard work, commitment and almost double effort to shine out of the crowd. In this virtual fireside chat, we are hosting Yordanos Tekle, a successful Eritrean woman who have gone through a number of challenging times and have never stopped from fulfilling her dreams. From being a freedom fighter to an independent author of a number of books and a business founder, Yorda has a lot to share and inspire women alike. In this event Yorda will specifically share her personal experiences in converting an invisible yet critical social and cultural problems in her community into a social enterprise. She will briefly explain about how she is determined to solve one particular social issue in her community while being able to create a sound business model around the issue.
