Philipp Brinkmann is CEO and co-Founder of travelplanet24.com / tripsta.com, an innovative online travel agency currently which has a global turnover of around 300 million, operating in 39 countries across EMEA & US and having offices in Athens, Bucharest and São Paulo - ranking among the three largest online travel agencies in South Eastern Europe. Philipp is half German, half Greek and was born in 1980 close to Munich. After receiving a Diploma in International Business Administration from Munich Business School in 2005, he moved to Greece and co-founded travelplanet24.com with Kristof Keim after identifying a gap in the niche Greek market for online travel. Since they started as a small start-up, Philipp has gone through all departments and positions from customer service, finance, marketing, project management to business development and strategy planning. The last years he is mainly dealing with the strategy of the company as well as the business development and international expansion. He loves his work; he is a tech enthusiast, an optimization junkie and a good old wine lover.
