Kirsti has 8 years of start-up experience with some of NZ's best success stories like TradeMe & Vend. It was during this time that she encountered a problem with how companies manage their headcount planning and people data. Kirsti and her team ran a tight process around validating the problem and prototyping a solution and within 8 months had paying customers using their new product, Populate.
Kirsti has 8 years of start-up experience with some of NZ's best success stories like TradeMe & Vend. During her time as VP Talent at Vend she helped grow the team from 37 people all in Auckland to 250 across 7 locations and 6 countries. It was during this time that she encountered a problem with how companies manage their headcount planning and people data.
Kirsti and her team ran a tight process around validating the problem and prototyping a solution and within 8 months had paying customers using their new product, Populate.
