Austin is a business attorney handling complex commercial litigation and corporate transactions. He represents companies and individuals in business disputes, contract issues, shareholder matters, and alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration.
His work also includes drafting and negotiating operating agreements, NDAs, commercial contracts, and employment agreements to support clients through all stages of their business.
Andrew Lane – Associate at Maynard Nexsen
Andrew is a litigation attorney with experience in commercial disputes, criminal defense, and national security law. At Maynard Nexsen, he works in the Complex & Commercial Litigation Group, supporting high-net-worth individuals, startups, and mid-sized companies.
Previously, he served in the U.S. Army JAG Corps, advising senior military leaders on legal operations and representing service members in trials and administrative actions. He has also clerked at the federal level and worked internationally in Germany and Poland.
Dean Elazab – Founding Partner at Elazab Legal PLLC
Dean is a startup and technology attorney focused on the CPG, tech, and content creator industries. His practice includes early-stage financings, general counsel support, and day-to-day legal needs for growing companies.
Before founding Elazab Legal, he worked in esports and the FGC space as a commentator and now brings that industry insight into his legal practice.
