Austin Jackson – Attorney at Structure Law Group, LLP

Austin T. Jackson's practice encompasses both complex business and commercial litigation as well as a robust transactional practice. He represents corporate and individual clients in a wide range of litigation matters, including business disputes, breach of contract, creditor and shareholder rights, commercial contracts, and member and partnership disputes. His litigation practice focuses on mediation, arbitration, discovery, and alternative dispute resolution.

On the transactional side, Austin advises clients on entity formation, contract negotiation and drafting, commercial transactions, and general corporate governance. His transactional experience includes reviewing and preparing operating agreements, buy sell agreements, nondisclosure agreements, and employment contracts. He also provides strategic counsel on real estate matters, including commercial leases and purchase agreements, as well as employment law advising, helping businesses navigate compliance, policy drafting, and risk management.
