Ian is the founder of the Lucey Fund, a Venture Technology firm that builds new products for early-stage startups. The Lucey Fund has offices in Dublin, London, Spain & USA and have invested in over 60+ startups over the past 3 years. In 2015 alone the Lucey Fund will have invested in 30 new projects. Our model works well for startups that are looking for a tech partner or for tech development, but currently do not want to spend valuable capital on building out their own development team, or are struggling to do so. Our portfolio includes clients who are active across a diverse range of sectors, and varies from teams completing accelerator programs, to rapidly scaling companies servicing blue-chip multinationals.   Lucey is at the forefront of cloud technology for the SME sector, partnering with local and multinational companies to offer online portals, payments, collaboration tools, mobile platforms and much more. We recently opened an office in Santa Monica and are actively seeking further investment opportunities.   Previously Ian has been Sales Director with Relate Software, a Deloitte Fast50 company, managed the Accountants Division in Sage Ireland and was Ireland's youngest National Student Union officer. Ian has experience building and selling SaaS, ERP, Accounting, Time & Billing, CRM and Payments systems around the world.
