As Chairwoman and CEO, Heather has steered WP Engine to hyper-growth and global expansion with offices in Austin, San Antonio, San Francisco, London, Limerick and Brisbane serving 85,000 customers in over 130 countries. With more than 25 years of experience in technology, Heather has helped create billions in value, driven customer success and led business strategy for both privately-funded new ventures and Fortune 500 companies. Recently, under Heather’s leadership, WP Engine raised $250M in funding from Silver Lake.

Prior to WP Engine, Heather served as COO of Bazaarvoice, during a period of rapid global growth through IPO, two acquisition integrations and growing the number of global brands to over 850 across 36 countries including Best Buy, Blue Shield of California, Costco and Macy’s among others.

Heather holds a bachelor’s degree in international economics from Trinity University. Heather received the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year 2017 Central Texas Award for Technology. She serves on the Board of Directors for Camden Property Trust (NYSE: CPT) and Localeur LLC. Heather gives back by serving on the Board of Directors for the Entrepreneurs Foundation and as a Capital Factory Partner.
