Qingqing is the Executive Vice President of Engineering at OJO Labs, where she led the growth of engineering team from 5 to 40 in less than a year. On her team, top talents in engineering, data science, and management work together to tackle the challenge of helping people make important decisions using technology.

Qingqing Ouyang is the EVP of Engineering at OJO Labs, where she led the growth of engineering team from 5 to 40 in less than a year. On her team, top talents in engineering, data science, and management work together to tackle the challenge of helping people make important decisions using technology.
Qingqing’s ability to rally her team to solve challenging technical problems has been essential in her leadership role as OJO’s EVP of Engineering. Within her twenty-year career in software development, Qingqing has held multiple management and executive positions, helping companies like Sun Microsystems, Oracle, Bazaarvoice and Main Street Hub build successful enterprise products. After double-majoring in Math and Computer Science at Smith College, Qingqing completed a master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. Qingqing is driven by working with talented people who are intelligent, open minded, and selfless.
At OJO Labs, Qingqing’s commitment and expertise in identifying the right people for the right opportunity while scaling the engineering team have significantly increased the company’s ability to tackle more difficult technical challenges and deliver more value to the consumers. Outside of the office, Qingqing enjoys traveling the world with her family. She is actively involved with various volunteering events, including promoting STEM initiatives around Austin being most dear to her heart.
