How to start a business in the Land of Smiles? In this panel discussion, we want to explore the various options for starting a business in Thailand. We will discuss different forms of legal entities and the initial business setup. We also cover some aspects of the BOI process that might be relevant for start-ups. While the focus of this session is on establishing a company, we might also touch briefly on other (related) issues like tax and work permit questions.
