Adramé is an entrepreneur and an accomplished Africa focused investment executive with a proven track record of successful investment activities in Africa for over 15 years.
He is the MD of the Gambian Angel Investors Network, Founder and Managing Partner of Vertis Capital, a west African VC firm and providing financial trainings across Africa.
In 2016 he Co-Founded Ebano Finance, a French company connecting investors with African companies seeking for funds. As Founding Partner and COO, he exits in 2018 after extending the companys operations base into 15 African countries in 2 years.
Previously, Adramé held senior investment positions in Private Equity firms in Europe, at I&P (Investisseurs & Partenaires), a pan-african French impact investment firm and Inframed Management, a 350M€ infrastructure investment fund.
From 2005 to 2012, Adramé held successive managerial positions in a top tier investment bank in Paris, Société Générale Corporate and Investment Banking covering equity derivatives products operations. His bi-cultural background and focus on African development topics have led him to get involved in numerous volunteering initiatives across Africa and Europe. He is the president of HEC Paris alumni Africa Business Club (#1 french Business School), a Non-Profit aiming at empowering African entrepreneurs.
Adrame received an Executive MBA from HEC Paris (Ranked #1 Worldwide in 2019 by the Financial Time), a Master's degree in Financial Risk Management and a post-graduate degree in mathematics.
Haddy has worked in the financial services/FinTech industry for over 15 years and has extensive knowledge in accounts receivable and credit risk management, credit and financial analysis, operations management, and financial systems implementation and administration.
Haddy joined NOW Corp shortly after its founding and was instrumental in building the company’s flagship product, NOWaccount—an innovative payment system that enables businesses to get paid immediately without loans, liabilities or factoring. As Vice President of Credit, Haddy oversees the operations and risk engines behind the product, leading a talented team of professionals who have processed over $500M in transactions.
Haddy is the Founder and CEO of Elev8 Foundation, Inc., a nonprofit that provides educational, health and financial resources to children and related benefits to mothers in underserved communities in the US and abroad. Elev8’s mission is to ensure that every child in these communities flourishes in a safe environment, with adequate and affordable access to quality education and health services.
Haddy currently serves as the first elected female Chairperson of the Atlanta-Gambia Emergency Relief Association (AGERA). As the leading Gambian community organization in the diaspora, AGERA is a non-profit organization that is responsive to emergency, social, cultural, educational and economic challenges of our community and beyond.
Haddy received a BA in French Language and International Business with a minor in Finance from Georgia State University and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from University of Phoenix.
