Startup Grind is one of the biggest communities of entrepreneurs in partnership with Google for Startups. Our mission is to help every entrepreneur in the world. We do so by hosting a monthly recurring event to inspire, educate, and connect entrepreneurs. In this upcoming fireside chat, we welcome Kenny Nguyen, CEO/Co-Founder of ThreeSixtyEight, a creative agency whose mission is to challenge common thinking to create an uncommon future, for a discussion around imposter syndrome. If you work either in tech or in a creative field, chances are that at some point you felt like an imposter: not feeling good enough for the success you achieved so far. → How to fight Imposter Syndrome and ensure that your own growth doesn't depend on other people's perceptions of you. → Learn how to re-frame setbacks as learning experiences and improve yourself as soon as next time instead of dwelling on them. → Maximize your potential by figuring out whether you think big or you blame yourself when things go wrong, learn how this affects your work quality. The Speaker Kenny Nguyen is the CEO/Co-Founder of ThreeSixtyEight, a creative agency whose mission is to challenge common thinking to create an uncommon future. Since its inception, the agency has helped underdogs advance their causes through uncommon interactive experiences. Prior to ThreeSixtyEight, Kenny co-founded Big Fish Presentations, a company that focused on ridding the world of boring presentations through high-quality presentation design, presentation coaching, and speechwriting. During his time at Big Fish Presentations, he co-authored the McGraw-Hill published book The Big Fish Experience: Create Memorable Presentations That Reel in Your Audience, now published in three different languages.
