With a particular focus on technology, media/entertainment and energy sectors, Marina counsels clinic clients on commercial matters including commercial contracts, franchising, joint ventures, as well as employment, regulatory and compliance matters and advises them across a wide range of Intellectual Property matters including asset management, enforcement, and licensing. Marina graduated from Pyatigorsk Institute of Economics and Governance School of Law, as well as LSU Law Center. She also holds various professional development certifications from Harvard Business School and Babson Academy.
