Tiffany has touched 7 continents, experienced 30+ countries, worked abroad in 5 countries and learned lessons that come from continually pushing herself outside of her comfort zones.
Now with her business, NorthWild, her passion and full-time mission is supporting organizations to find success at the intersection of heart and goal. She consults and educates on building conscious organizations through a branch of training & development that is disrupting traditional HR and learning methods. Tiffany founded NorthWild out of a deep commitment to outward leadership by focusing on inner development. She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and is now completing her Masters in Interdisciplinary Studies from Antioch University with a focus on Integral Leadership, which draws on the strengths of multiple fields and engages with knowledge across industries.
