The Founders Lunch is a special concept Startup Grind Beijing offers to founders in the local Startup ecosystem.

One of the most important learnings any founder can have is learning from the expertise, success and failures of fellow entrepreneurs.

We ensure that the group is small and only founders and Co-founders of startups and some of their team members are allowed to participate.

Every Founders Lunch we invite one founder to host the session and talk about a topic that is relevant for other founders.

Elaine Huang is a serial entrepreneur. She is the cofounder and COO of 9AM, a brand dedicated to creating healthier and smarter workspace.

Elaine was majored in Electronic Engineering, graduated from Tsinghua University and worked as a senior management consultant for technology companies before she began her start-up with her schoolmates.

The Topic

Elaine is a succesful entrepreneur who has gone through different situations where cutting off distracting business has helped her team and her a lot. Therefore, she will be sharing her insights about how to stay focused and do the substraction of your business.

This is supposed to be an interactive session during lunch about common mistakes, best practices and insights into the topic.
