The Founders Lunch #2

The Founders Lunch is a special concept Startup Grind Beijing offers to founders in the local Startup ecosystem.

One of the most important learnings any founder can have is learning from the expertise, success and failures of fellow entrepreneurs.
We ensure that the group is small and only founders and Co-founders of startups and some of their team members are allowed to participate.

Every Founders Lunch we invite one founder to host the session and talk about a topic that is relevant for other founders. 

Benjamin is a serial entrepreneur, founder of QRzebra and it's Chinese equivalent Erweibanma, a smart QR generator software. Today QRzebra is active in 89 countries in just 8 months after launch. His major interest and skills lay in SaaS companies and growth strategies. 

Benjamin has worked on a daily basis with a remote team for 3 years. Therefore, he will be sharing his insights about how to succesfully outsource your work, as well as how to work with a remote team.

This is supposed to be an interactive session during lunch about common mistakes, best practices and insights into the topic.
