Heiko arrived in Beijing in 2015 as ING's secondee to Bank of Beijing (BoB). In this role, Heiko works closely with BoB on the launch of a digital bank in China, in a form of a joint venture. Once established, the joint venture Bank will engage in retail banking through digital channels, leveraging BoB's understanding of the Chinese market and ING's experience in establishing successful direct banking business in Europe and Australia. ING started its strategic alliance with BoB in 2005 by acquiring a minority holding. ING holds a stake of 13% and is the single largest shareholder of BoB.
Before moving to Beijing, Heiko was Head of Direct Sales & Services Mortgage (2013 – 2015) at ING in Germany where he led a team of more than 200 financial consultants based in Frankfurt and Hannover. Prior to that, he held positions as Head of Product Management Savings & Investment Products (2008 – 2013), and Section Head of Call Centre (before 2008).
Heiko started his career with ING in Germany in 1999, where ING is the third largest retail bank in the country, serving more than nine million private customers with its fully branchless model.
Claudia has been advising and leading international brands for 25 years, both in the B2C and B2B sectors. She is a proven expert on brand management and marketing excellence and has held senior positions with world-leading companies.
Her core expertise for Kaiserscholle: As the Founder and Managing Director of Kaiserscholle, she ensures that your brand continues to shine. She holds the network of experts together and is currently focusing on the topic of "Digital Transformation / Artificial Intelligence In Marketing".
Claudia has a Dr. phil in brand strategy and teaches marketing as part of her professorship at SRH International Management University and other international universities. In addition, she is a member of the Academic Advisory Board of Analyx GmbH, a company that implements Big Data Analytics in software tools for the practical support of marketing decision makers.
Her previous experiences cover among others: Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company for Marketing & Sales (7 years); Global Vice President of Brand and Marketing Strategy at Volkswagen AG (4 years); Director Europe for Knowledge & Insights, Director Strategy and Planning Germany , Denmark, Finland, Iceland (both at The Coca-Cola Company) (3 years); International Brand Manager NIVEA Beauté (3 years). Other operations include strong brands such as Apple, Vaillant and Siemens.
