With my daily engagement with startups and business people, the need for finance keeps coming up as the number one challenge for many of them. Last month we looked at Funding Options especially as it relates to Grants (Getting your Business to Investor/Fund Readiness). This month we are looking at a different solution to startup funding challenges tagged "LEAN Startups, Small is the New BIG"
Lean startup is a methodology for developing businesses and products, which aims to shorten product development cycles and rapidly discover if a proposed business model is viable; It entails a lot that will help shorten the curve for startups with innovative ideas.
