PROFILE OF CHUNU TEJIRI JERRY

UnusualTeajay as fondly called is an Idea, Brand Strategist, a print and publishing consultant by day but a Teen Mentor by design. For the past 20yrs, he’s been passionately helping teens find their original content and express it tangibly for social change and profitable rewards. He strongly desires to see a mental awakening and value re-orientation of young Africans.

Tejiri has held administrative roles and helped in building strong and sustainable organizations, which are either set up as not-for-profits or companies. To mention a few; Reading House Africa, PurplePatch Consults, Rise Youth Network, Elrovic Media Concepts, Imaginit Media Resources, CYF Act Right Initiative, MindTheGap, GEMSTONE Nation Builders Network. He has facilitated industry-tailored and cultured training for; Imaginit School of Creativity, Poise TMAD Bootcamp & PESENSE, ACE Analytics, and The Lightbox LTF. He currently serves as the Creative & Managing Director at Dotbob Creative Solutions. He also served as a Digital Skills & Marketing trainer for the Google Digital Skills 4 Africa Program. He helps young entrepreneurs develop successful brands and trains on idea development, creativity, presentation and leadership.

Tejiri has been known to focus first and foremost on the social value creation. He intentionally drives social innovation and profound transformation in various chosen fields especially quality education, enterprise development, leadership and teen mentoring. His ardent passion for a social transformation and reformation of the adolescents has reached over 50,000 teenagers in Nigeria. 

He has efficiently carried out several creative projects, which include: “Teen on Fire” (TOF) campaign (a vision that is uniting teencentric platforms and raising leaders for public service), iStepUpAfrica, New You Workshop, December CookOut, Project Go2School, N100 Challenge and others. He has gratefully received some prestigious awards for excellence and passionate commitment to social service and named an Emerging African Leader in 2015. He got invited by the president in 2015 to join a youth consultative forum.  He is a member of the Youth Initiative, Nigeria Economic Summit Group, and Commonwealth Nigeria Youth team.

He is a certified NLP Practitioner and a Family System Engineering Associate Practitioner. He holds a B.Sc in Computer Science from the prestigious University of Benin and other certificates in Brand Strategy, Digital Marketing, Youth Development, Management and Leadership.
