This month of MAY all over the world, StartupGrind Chapters are hosting Female Entrepreneurs, Inventors, Business Women and Female Champions who are leading in their Sphere of influence.

We chose to host the Edo State Government Entrepreneurial Voice and the woman behind the great works the state government is doing in the entrepreneurial development space

Ukinebo Omorowa dare is a Training Consultant, Employ-ability and Job Creation Specialist, Etiquette and Soft Skills training facilitator.

My passion is to introduce people to the best version of themselves. Having worked with over 32,000 executives and young graduates, I am blessed to wake up everyday and be given the opportunity to do more.

Successfully initiated and implemented training and certification programmes in various states targeted at career and personal development.

-PSENSE Employability Certification:

Nigeria's most recognized employability certification. Endorsed by NUC and the Presidency. 87% of all individuals that completed PSENSE Executive stage got jobs within 0- 3 months.

-Poise Graduate and Communal Support Foundation:

Implements development projects in under-served communities with over 10,500 beneficiaries in different communities. Has also raised scholarships for over 150 graduates to take the PSENSE certification (Over 108 of them have gotten 'decent jobs').

Ekobits and BITS Global:

Serving as Director and Board Chair respectively

Managed the setup of Ekobits in Nigeria (ICT and digital design academy for youth without access to higher education) in partnership with Oxfam and ButterflyWorks, Netherlands. Over 100 youth have been trained since 2016

Overseeing activities of the BITS Global board representing all BITS Schools in Africa

An employee development initiative to improve employee commitment and management styles.

-40 First Jobs book and seminars:

A compilation of the 'first job experience' of 40 Corporate Role Models. It catalogs the challenges they had to overcome in order to reach the pinnacle. At seminars, contributors inspire young people to greatness.

In this month session of startupgrind benin edition we want Edo startups and Entrepreneurs to have the opportunity of learning from the multifaceted wealth of experience of one who seats at the driver's seat of the entrepreneurial revolution of Edo State Government and be able to learn what they can do to tap in and get the best of the Government Programs to better themselves, their businesses, their immediate environment and Edo State in general
