Ukinebo Omorowa dare is a Training Consultant, Employ-ability and Job Creation Specialist, Etiquette and Soft Skills training facilitator.
My passion is to introduce people to the best version of themselves. Having worked with over 32,000 executives and young graduates, I am blessed to wake up everyday and be given the opportunity to do more.
Successfully initiated and implemented training and certification programmes in various states targeted at career and personal development.
-PSENSE Employability Certification:
Nigeria's most recognized employability certification. Endorsed by NUC and the Presidency. 87% of all individuals that completed PSENSE Executive stage got jobs within 0- 3 months.
-Poise Graduate and Communal Support Foundation:
Implements development projects in under-served communities with over 10,500 beneficiaries in different communities. Has also raised scholarships for over 150 graduates to take the PSENSE certification (Over 108 of them have gotten 'decent jobs').
Ekobits and BITS Global:
Serving as Director and Board Chair respectively
Managed the setup of Ekobits in Nigeria (ICT and digital design academy for youth without access to higher education) in partnership with Oxfam and ButterflyWorks, Netherlands. Over 100 youth have been trained since 2016
Overseeing activities of the BITS Global board representing all BITS Schools in Africa

-40 First Jobs book and seminars:
A compilation of the 'first job experience' of 40 Corporate Role Models. It catalogs the challenges they had to overcome in order to reach the pinnacle. At seminars, contributors inspire young people to greatness.

Ukinebo started her career in Oando Plc working in the ICT department for a few years and was rewarded for dedication to duty & outstanding performance. Her passion led her to change her career path in 2010, she set up Poise Graduate Finishing Academy (PGFA). Current Position: SSA to the Edo State Governor on Skills development and Job creation
Ukinebo Dare has her Msc. in Management from the University of Bradford and is a Computer Science graduate of Benson Idahosa University. Her passion for self-development has led her to design and facilitate several courses on self-development and skill-improvement. Mrs. Dare is a well-rounded professional with years of experience in managing teams and is a seasoned facilitator of Creative thinking, Problem Solving, Interview Skills and other courses. She is credited for the execution of employability interventions projects in partnership with international organizations such as Oxfam Novib, SOS Kinderdorpen, Google (Google Serve in Nigeria 2015) and so on. Over 33,000 youth have benefitted from employability initiatives executed by Ukinebo and her team.
She is also invested in Economic Empowerment and this can be seen through her volunteering activities as Programme Director of EkoBits in February 2016. A programme targeted at disadvantaged youth that live in slum communities and don’t have access to university education. She was recently appointed the Chairperson of the board, BITS Global, the network of BITS schools across Africa. She also volunteered as Programme Director at Poise Graduate and Communal Support Foundation in February 2013 which started off as a student project and now, PGCSF has celebrated a reach of over 50 communities and 10,000 beneficiaries. The project focuses on giving unemployed graduates access to employability skills training and jobs amongst others.
In addition to her various achievements, she is a writer and her most recent book, Wake Up, is a treasured resource for self-awareness and personal growth. She served as the Editor-In-Chief of Young Executive Diary; a career development magazine published Nationwide in partnership with Business Day Newspaper. Young Executive Diary which is targeted at young professionals allows readers to learn about the possibilities and pitfalls in the corporate world. She is also a celebrated contributor to Guardian Newspaper.
Her passion is to transform individuals through personal development and also she was recently appointed as the chairperson of Bits Global Board of Directors at the just concluded Bits Conference 2017 which was held in Uganda. Her outstanding accomplishments saw her quick rise to the position of Group Managing Director of the Poise Nigeria Group in September 2017. She currently serves as the Senior Special Adviser to the Edo State Governor on Skill development and Job creation.
In 2017, she became a fellow of the Mandela Young African Leaders Initiative which is a signature effort to invest in the next generation of African leaders. She is also a 2017 winner of the Junior Chambers International Young Achievers award in the category of Personal Development. She was one of the 40 under 40 CEOs celebrated by Business Day Newspaper and other media.
