It is a virtual hackathon where tomorrow’s developers & entrepreneurs are pitted against each other in a series of tracks where they ideate, innovate and create in the fields of Open Innovation, Education, Healthcare, Finance & Social Connectivity.

Startup Grind Bhubaneswar is calling all the innovators to its first international hackathon - Global Innovation Drive from 23rd January 2021. It is a virtual hackathon where tomorrow’s developers & entrepreneurs are pitted against each other in a series of tracks where they ideate, innovate and create.
We kick off things at our first ever Hackathon, which is a Two Round competition consisting of creating solutions to problem statements followed by a screening process for the opportunity to pitch in front of the judges.

In this panel discussion with our judges, We'll be having a discussion about the marketing, branding, and planning aspect of ideas and the thought process behind identifying great ideas as a Mentor, and the hard work, dedication, and motivation behind turning ideas into reality. We’ll also be having a discussion about the various pitching techniques that are effective and how to plan every aspect in a young startup.
Bio of our Speakers:
Mr. Aakarshan Sethi is an Entrepreneurship Enthusiast and is in the entrepreneurship ecosystem for more than 5 years now. He is currently working as Startup Community Evangelist with Airmeet and has also worked on various entrepreneurship-related projects with several state and central Governments, the highlight of which being was Government of India’s project that was Startup India Yatra where he spread out awareness about entrepreneurship in especially tier 2/tier 3 cities along with it he scouted the best ideas among them and provided full support of Government & mentored them personally to turn their ideas into potential startup businesses.
Mrs. Blessing Abeng is a multi-faceted entrepreneur driven by the need to create lasting solutions to key problems faced by entrepreneurs. As a brand strategist, communications manager, and entrepreneur, Blessing creates unforgettable experiences that reflect the personality of brands and converts a stranger to loyal customers. She has created Einsteinette Limited – a branding and communications company for SMEs and is currently developing Style Revamp Africa, an upcycling fashion brand tackling waste one at clothing item at a time. She is currently the Codirector for Startup Grind Lagos, the co-founder of The Afropreneur, a mentor on the African Entrepreneurship Awards platform, a WIMBIZ associate, and a Tony Elumelu Entrepreneurship Alumni.
David Wittenberg is currently working as a Professor of Entrepreneurial Innovation at the Indian School of Management & Entrepreneurship(ISME). His works include:-
Delivering corporate training programs and consulting projects in Design Thinking, innovation, strategy, and advanced thinking skills.
Mentoring and coaching entrepreneurs.
Training professors to teach more effectively.
Designing leading-edge curricula to prepare the next generation of India's leaders.
We will be releasing the problem statements and having a panel discussion with our judges, followed by a Q&A and a networking session. Join us on an exciting journey to explore and learn from successful startup founders and mentors.
