Event Overview:
Sell It: A Battle of Wits is a dynamic event where participating teams will demonstrate their ability to identify market needs, innovate, and pitch their revamped startup ideas based on a failed market product. Here's a breakdown of the two rounds:
Round One: Revamp the Startup
● Participating teams will be divided into groups, with a specific number of teams in each group.
● Each group will be assigned a failed startup.
● Your task is to revamp the assigned startup, considering market needs, target audience, and potential for success.
● The Participants will have to prepare a pitch deck for the revamped startup and submit it to us via a Google form.
● The revamped startup idea will be evaluated and scored.
Round Two: Pitch Deck Presentation
● The teams with the best ideas from Round One will advance to Round Two.
● In this round, the selected teams will be given 5 minutes to pitch their ideas to the jury body.(Using the pitch deck created in round 1).
● The jury will assess your presentation, including the clarity of your message, innovation, market potential, and overall presentation skills.
● Based on the jury's evaluation, a winner will be selected and announced.
