We are hosting Johann Neethling, founder and Principal at Metro Real Estate. His passion and love for property investment started at a young age. He bought his first property at the age of twenty, whilst a student at the University of the Free State and completing his professional accountant articles. His role models are his two remarkable grandfathers from whom he has inherited his morals, values and good manner. He started his own accounting firm in 2003 and built a client base in Bloemfontein, other cities and towns in South Africa. His background in accounting, law and tax have been very helpful and vital in the property environment. Johann has worked at various real estate companies, before venturing out and starting his own real estate company- Metro Real Estate.

He believes that investment in property is more than a transaction - it involves dedication and trust.
