Scott Kupor serves as the Chief Operating Officer, Partner and Managing Partner of Andreessen Horowitz. Previously, Scott served in numerous executive management positions within Opsware and he joined HP in 2007 as part of the Opsware acquisition where he served as Vice President and General Manager. Scott now serves as a Director at National Venture Capital Association and SnapLogic, Inc.

Mr. Scott Kupor serves as the Chief Operating Officer, Partner and Managing Partner of Andreessen Horowitz. Previously, Mr. Kupor served as the Vice President and General Manager of International Operations at Opsware Inc., since April 2004. He served as Vice President and General Manager of Software-as-a-Service at Hewlett Packard. Mr. Kupor joined HP in 2007 as part of the Opsware acquisition, where he served as Senior Vice President of Customer Solutions and had global responsibility for all facets of customer interaction, including professional services, technical pre-sales and customer support. He provided Opsware with a mix of expertise in operations, financial management and strategic partnerships. Mr. Kupor joined Opsware and served numerous executive management positions, including Vice President of Financial Planning and Vice President of Corporate Development and led the private financing activities as well as its initial public offering since 2001. He started the Opsware Asia Pacific operations via strategic partnerships with NEC, NTT and Samsung and led the execution of acquisitions of Tangram, Rendition, Creekpath and iConclude. Mr. Kupor represented software companies in both financing and mergers and acquisitions transactions at Credit Suisse First Boston and Lehman Brothers. Mr. Kupor serves as a Director at National Venture Capital Association and SnapLogic, Inc.
