Serving 24 years as a chef, Advisor, and Protection in the US Army working for and side by side the world's top leaders gave me a unique insight into seeing paths both good and bad. Leadership, Integrity, Core Values allowed me to see the business world in new ways, as i developed my own style of mentor and development that I have taught and trained by the thousands. Being a chef has taught me as well that following the recipe as written is not always the best option for a great meal.
