Mike Boyle transforms under-performing companies into thriving businesses by unlocking their full potential and exploring new avenues for growth. He enjoys the challenge of energizing companies, motivating people to deliver strong results and increasing shareholder value. Mike has a proven track record of recognizing opportunities, implementing restructuring plans and turning businesses around for more than a decade.

Called ‘The Transformation Coach’, Mike believes in creating a people-first culture and putting the right people in the right roles so they can deliver exceptional results. As a team leader, he builds and fosters an environment of shared responsibilities, collaboration, open communications around clear goals – designed to drive innovation and growth.

Mike joined RCM Technologies in 2018 as senior vice president of IT Consulting and Solutions. He was soon promoted to division president of Information Technology Services. Under his leadership, the business grew from $26M to $34M in less than two years.

Prior to joining RCMT, he was the president and COO of MDT Technical, where he grew the business from $16M - $33M. Before that, he led Spherion’s growth from a $600K to $20M company.

As an industry influencer, Mike is frequently quoted in the media, including the Wall Street Journal, The Examiner and the Business Journal, and featured on Career TV and Wall Street Analysts for GuidePoint Global.

An active community member, Mike serves on several boards and spearheads fundraising activities to help various causes.
