Matej Drlička Matej Drlička is the general director of the Slovak National Theatre. He has extensive experience in the music industry, creative industry management, and organizing large cultural and social events. At the beginning of his career, he worked as an orchestral clarinet player in prestigious European orchestras. He founded Slovakia's largest summer classical music festival, Viva Musica!, later also the agency VIVA EVENTS. In 2019, he established the festival of science and technology, IXPO.
