After co-founding a multi-million HotelQuickly, a travel booking app famous in the whole Asia-Pacific region, Michal Juhas, CTO, is coming back to Slovakia to talk about building dev team from scratch. Come talk to him and maybe one day, you'll launch a multi-million app, too.
We all know it takes a strong, coherent team working in concert to get the best work done. But what does it take to create a great development team and keep it motivated to build products that stand out in the market continuously? We will learn ho to build a development team from scratch and how does Slovakia differ from another part of the world: Asia.

As a startup founder, Michal has co-founded two companies: one in Europe, the other in Asia. As a CTO at HotelQuickly, he led product development, engineering & innovations. HotelQuickly became a company with a global reach, well recognized among travelers in Asia-Pacific. He's passionate about education and personal growth, hence starting a new EdTech startup and an NGO EdTech Slovakia.

After living in Asia for more than 2 years, working as the Head of Content and Production for company referred as "Asian Amazon", Martin moved back to Slovakia and created startup called eyerim. Eyerim is a premium eyewear e-retailer operating in 17 countries across Europe which is also one of the fastest frowing ecommerce players in Central & Eastern Europe.
