There's more than one way to skin a cat. In other words, there's more than one way to outline your company lifecycle. Guys from Vacuumlabs, Hellephant and Sparring will discuss how to adapt to the change, how to conclude a strategic partnership & how to control the business transformation. All the pitfalls and opportunities of their business transformation story via three different points of view.
Ok, so you decided you want to become an entrepreneur. Start your own company with a goal to become sustainably successful with your existing business model. Good, but is that all to it? Well, no.
There's more than one way to skin a cat. In other words, there's more than one way to outline your company lifecycle. In the upcoming Startup Grind Bratislava, they'll discuss how to adapt to the change, how to conclude a strategic partnership and scale up and how to control the company lifecycle and drive the business in the right way.
