Gamer Network was eventually acquired in 2018 by ReedPop - the leading producer of pop culture events in the world including New York Comic Con, C2E2, Star Wars Celebration, ECCC, PAX and MCM. Today, Rupert is an investor and advisor in game companies like Chaos Karts, loots, Mlife Media, and Electric Gamebox. A big supporter of Brighton, Rupert acquired one of the oldest local pubs in 2020, the Quadrant.
