Glen Richards started with a small vet practice and went on to build a multi-million dollar integrated pet care empire, Greencross. He now is a professional investor, mentor and director with a number of companies as well as a judge on Australia's Shark Tank.

Glen grew the Greencross empire from a single veterinary practice in Townsville into an ASX-listed company with clinics all over Australia. Since moving on from an executive role with Greencross, Glen now spends his time as a professional investor, mentor and director with a number of companies. He helps to foster early stage businesses, including his Shark Tank investments.
