Rachel Jackson is the founder and CEO of Rachel’s Remedies, LLC, a medical device company. She invented Rachel’s Remedy Breastfeeding Relief Packs to fill a significant gap in the marketplace for the treatment, relief and prevention of various breastfeeding conditions. Rachel’s Remedy is currently sold nationally through Target, Babies R Us and other national stores, and will soon be sold internationally. Ms. Jackson is currently developing additional health and medical device products. Rachel Jackson has been practicing corporate law since 2000, and has been a Member of Jackson & Jackson LLP since 2005. She is an experienced corporate attorney and concentrated her practice in all aspects of business, including, start-up, partnership and shareholder related issues, business operations, business acquisitions, mergers, sales, reviewing and negotiating, leases, business negotiations, intellectual property protection, licensing and registration. She has considerable experience in preparing and negotiating many different types of contracts. Ms. Jackson received her J.D. from the University of Toledo College of Law in 2000, where she was a published member of the University of Toledo Law School Law Review, and where she started and headed the law school’s ACLU chapter. Ms. Jackson received her undergraduate degree in Environmental Studies from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
