Mohamed Eltawila, a renowned sports businessman, is the founder and chairman of Radiant Group. Radiant Group is a sports firm that owns numerous sports properties but two stand out due to their size and popularity; Premier League club Nogoom FC and Pepsi Schools League. Mohamed started his career as an employee in one of the FMCG that didn’t fulfill his potential. He later decided to get into the advertising industry when he founded Radiant, which started out as an outdoor advertising and TV production firm. In 2002, along with Pepsi and the Ministry of Education, started the Pepsi Schools League. PSLthen later became an iconic project that identified the likes of Mo Salah, Nenny, Ramadan and other superstars.
