We are excited to kick off the new year with an all-star line up of speakers who will be sharing their stories of companies scaling to incredible heights in Calgary.

Kyle Araki is the Director of Capital Formation at the TSX Venture Exchange. Kyle oversees both the Listed Issuer Services and the Compliance and Disclosure Teams based in Calgary. Kyle is responsible for a team of professionals who are dedicated to listing quality applicants on the TSX Venture Exchange and enhancing the reporting and dissemination of information from public issuers. Kyle analyzes, summarizes, and recommends actions to be taken on a wide variety of transactions from companies seeking to list on the TSX Venture Exchange, and from companies already listed. Learn what he tells companies to do if they are looking at going public and hear some incredible made-in-Calgary stories!

Vincent Ircandia has extensive experience building cohesive, transparent and sophisticated cultures anchored in data-based decision-making. He has successfully implemented such cultures and systems in senior level roles at both AEG (world’s leading global arena venue management firm) as well as at the Portland Trail Blazers. In 2016 he founded StellarAlgo, an AI based company which helps organizations quickly and cost-effectively organize, analyze and leverage the data they need to make successful business decisions. Hear about his story of working with premier organizations like the Portland Trailblazers, Vancouver Canucks and LA Kings.

Sarah Romanuck is the Director of Technology and Innovation at the Royal Bank of Canada.  With her team she provides an array of banking solutions (credit, deposit, cash management) to cater to the unique needs of your company. She prides herself with working with some amazing companies who work in software / Clean Tech / Fin Tech / Med Tech and Life Sciences. Hear about some of the amazing companies she has been helping scale and why she loves working with Calgary companies.
