Sylvia currently runs and co-owns metail24.com, the e-commerce division of 24.com, Naspers. She is also the co-founder and CEO of www.rubybox.co.za which is one of the portfolio companies of www.metail24.com which was created in September 2011, and is one of SA's largest online beauty communities with a TRY - DISCOVER - ENGAGE - BUY model. Naspers made an investment in the business in September 2013.
